Thank you for shopping with APEXCLUB. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process and delivery times.

Processing & Delivery Times

We process and dispatch all orders promptly to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible.

 Standard Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

 Maximum Delivery Time: In the event of high volume or carrier delays, delivery will take a maximum of 7 business days.

 Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

Shipping Rates

 Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 Free Shipping: Standard shipping is complimentary on qualifying orders over 1200 EGP.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package in real time.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation:

1. Check your tracking link for live updates from the carrier.

2. Verify your shipping address details on your order confirmation email.

3. Reach out to our support team using instagram at apexclub.ac with your order number, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
